Maybe not, but there is such a person out there: me. It was not always the case. I was once a walking disaster, and I have almost given up on myself more than once. I have learned how to maintain a healthy body and a sound mind while achieving the physical feats that I wanted. Often, I was given many awards for sales, but I liked the top 5% for Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits sales consultants. It was an uplifting experienced since I am not a salesperson by profession. I initially had a client service job, but after acing that I got a sales role, and I have never looked back since. Hard work helped me reach Veteran status. My favorite tip is how I live with one foot in the present and the other firmly set goal future. I guide people so we can work on our purpose. Change is not easy; it’s easier to improve when you’re in motion. It’s fundamental to look after your physical and your mental wellbeing if you want to reach your potential.
