Maybe not, but there is such a person out there: me. It was not always the case. I was once a walking disaster, and I have almost given up on myself more than once. I have learned how to maintain a healthy body and a sound mind while achieving the physical feats that I wanted. Often, I was given many awards for sales, but I liked the top 5% for Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits sales consultants. It was an uplifting experienced since I am not a salesperson by profession. I initially had a client service job, but after acing that I got a sales role, and I have never looked back since. Hard work helped me reach Veteran status. My favorite tip is how I live with one foot in the present and the other firmly set goal future. I guide people so we can work on our purpose. Change is not easy; itβs easier to improve when youβre in motion. Itβs fundamental to look after your physical and your mental wellbeing if you want to reach your potential. One of the simplest ways to progress is to be open to different perspectives, no matter how strange they may seem to you. This is the mantra of a triathlete, and I know it works in life too.
