I have seen photos of this same couch from guests that post photos of it over a year ago on their review & it seems to have never been cleaned, so I sat onto of the pillows. It felt cheap and poorly chosen, which made it seem like comfort wasn’t a priority. Even the towels were rough and unpleasant, almost like sandpaper. At other spas, this treatment feels like a quick service, but here the care Rubi placed into cleansing my skin and completing the treatment was excellent and definitely worth the price."
