Alexander & Associates: Customer Feedback Summary Initial consultation with Karen, who Ms. Karen was very kind and patient, answered all our questions, and informed us we had a simple case that would take 6 months to complete. However, due to lack of communication, paperwork kept getting misplaced and not filed by Paralegal Kylee; our case was finalized in less than 24 months. I ended up had to contact the law office every week to make sure our case kept rolling. If not, the case would keep sitting on the desk and not get filed in a timely manner. Overall, I am satisfied that the case is finally closed. However, with the lack of communication and repeated broken promises from this office, our experience was horrible.
