ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

A recent customer review provided: I was surprised by the lawyer's conduct... They were representing me. They said that I was the worst probationer that they had to deal with and called me a liar right in front of them. It looked like they were against me and were only interested in siding with the other party. They never once did what was required of them and put their lives on the line to bring in some new evidence that would have totally exonerated me from most of the counts in my case. They looked angry every time I reminded them about the evidence, and I did not feel that they were interested in helping me. They were quite rude to say the least. I could totally tell that they were court-appointed. Also, they did nothing that required money. It's sad to imagine that they were getting money from me to do that. I was simply shocked!
