Firm known for immigration expertise in Texas.
I arrived early at 11:25 AM for my 11:30 AM consultation with Attorney Anthony Skeens, who provided an excellent, professional session around 12:30 PM, offering valuable advice on my immigration matters. However, I endured nearly an hour of waiting due to scheduling delays (nobody explained). Politely inquiring at the front desk mid-wait (as captured on CCTV), I was assured the attorney was nearly finished.
Frustrated but courteous, I checked again after an additional seven minutes, only for the manager to approach aggressively. She insisted on issuing a refund and demanded I leave immediately, without processing it or allowing my consultation—which Attorney Skeens ultimately handled professionally. This disrespectful treatment undermines the firm's reputation; no client, especially one seeking immigration support, should face such hostility from staff when facing legitimate delays.
Hope Mr. David Strange will notice this.
