Customer Reviews Review 1 Very highly recommend Alexis Allen! I have to say I have received the MOST EXCEPTIONAL service from Alexis Allen Law and her staff. I really needed this service so I had to let go of a previous attorney and hire a new one. I found alexis on a whim. I am so glad they were on my side through this whole divorce process. They are very kind, compassionate and empathetic. I felt at ease through this whole thing! Never in my life have I had a good lawyer experience until now. I truly believe that they're here to help you and not just for a paycheck. She was always on time to hearings, if not early, they communicated and answered all questions asked. I love their app they have for all documents, billing, messages etc. I would recommend to anyone needing a family law attorney. Please keep up the good work you guys! You're awesome! Review 2 DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING. FRAUDULENT BEWARE I hired them on 11/3 and we signed the contract, but I never completed or recorded the financial form to provide payment. For three weeks, I called repeatedly and left multiple messages with no response. On 12/6, I finally received an email requesting payment, yet I still never received a phone call. When attempting to call, it reaches a call center that appears to be outside of the country. This situation feels highly suspicious and potentially fraudulent. I’m relieved I never provided my payment information UPDATE: For you to call me now after I leave a review is comical but to not take accountability for your poor customer service is unacceptable. DO BETTER!!!! Highly recommend Alexis Allen. Very disappointed! Initial phone conversation was good but I was to receive a call back which did not happen. I called twice, waiting 24 hours between each call, and on the second call the receptionist told me my son should just "go back to step 1" of his mediation agreement....the problem...
