The teaching contains about 15 hours of classroom and two days of on-cycle training. Prior to the first day of class, you must complete an online course and bring the certificate to that day’s start. The time is segmented into around five hours of Rider Coach-led conversations, plus interactive student exercises. In the On-Cycle drills, learners learn about essential street techniques, such as defensive maneuvers, straight-line riding, and shifting. The MSB-8 card is only available after finishing and passing all the lessons and passing the written exam and on-cycle evaluation.
