I did not know him initially, but I chose him by reading these reviews. He was an amazing trial lawyer and made the other party regret trying to fight back. Alan was well prepared, knowledgeable and efficient. It was well worth the money I spent! • These people are unbelievable. These people have been with him for a long time and know his way around. My husband hired a lawyer in Odessa who was supposed to help bring down his child support and get him extended visitation, but within months of hiring him the child support increased by HALF and there was no action taken on the mother. Alan got my husband child support dropped by more than half within a month of going to their court and now we are going up for custody because she is not cooperating with court orders, not letting us get them on our days and weekends and telling the children lies about their father not wanting them. I believe it is called parental alienation. She thought she was untouchable and because she knows Alan is not to be messed with she is freaking out. So if you want someone who is good at what they do Alan is your man and his staff is great also. Doris always lets us know when and where and what we need to do and she responds quickly to any questions we have. • I went to two other lawyer's in town before going to Alan and they both told me that Texas did not have jurisdiction in my case. I went to court and Alan explained the law to the judge and we got what we wanted. Anna his secretary was nice also she was always so nice and would answer any questions that I had. • Got me everything in my divorce and has handled my cars and my son's and won all of the cases that I have seen from him on divorces and child custody. I recommend him to anyone. • I could not of asked for a better team and turn out on my case then what Alan and his office did for me. Court is never good but having a great Lawyer and team in your corner makes the world of difference. • Worst attorney ever! Alan will take your money and then not show up to court for you! There will be lost paperwork and confusion throughout the entire case. He took our money and then lost our paperwork to the court and we missed our court date and then didn't answer our phone calls afterwards. Biggest scam artist I've ever seen! • I have worked with Alan and his staff for about the past year and a half and they are both very professional and know what they are talking about. Over the year Alan did everything he could to research and deliver on the statements he said from the beginning. If I have one complaint it would be that I wish I could have seen him more often. This was due to the fact that everything we needed to get done was done without having to see him face to face. This also saved us money. Alan is very reasonable when as it comes to payment. I would recommend anyone that needs a GREAT, hardworking, informed attorney to go see Alan.
