Client Feedback Review: 1. FALSE! Robles law firm never kept in touch with me or prepared for my hearing. Missing my hearing prep is unacceptable. I saw this firm recommended by parents waiting for their custody case and expected them to have some level of practice for their child's WELL-BEING. I assumed it would be worth the money for them as their legal services rates were a bit above the other options I found. However, I expected at least for Anthony to consistently return my calls. He did not or show up to actually prepare for my hearing, showed up unprepared, and did the bare minimum. The final straw was when I confronted him about my court case, and he admitted that he "thought he knew the judge and that he misread the situation." I paid over-the-top for them to miss my hearing prep, not return calls or messages on my behalf, and misread the situation. If I behaved like that I would be unemployed tomorrow. Therefore I recommend strongly against using Robles law firm for any case that is vital to you as a parent.'))); Sadly, it seems like maybe you never actually knew the facts of my case. My ex-wife filed in ward county for some reason. Apparently, you convinced the judge that the case should be transferred to your home county for me instead of closer to my daughter. I later successfully corrected this move to a new judge in a different county because my daughter lived in that county for six years before - which was one of my concerns with you. The most important thing, you were my proxy at the court, you had to make it possible for me and my daughter to have a life together again, however, all you did is lie and accept everything the judge said. Most importantly I wanted a judge that understands how important it is for me to see my daughter as much as possible. However, instead, you allowed the judge to make a standard order on the spot that you both pressured me to accept and then attacked my character in your final letter to me. I informed you that I wanted to speak to you before a decision was made, you then proceeded to do the OPPOSITE of that. This is not how to represent someone. This is not taking accountability for your work. You asked me to picture the judge deciding my case and to award you a victory because the judge went ABOVE ANY JUDICIAL STANDARD ORDER without my concern or my child's interest. You have failed and I'm now left to attend private therapy to build back up my life because I believed that you would handle my case like you said you would (with a rant on how difficult it allegedly was). 2.
