ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

Client Feedback Overview: At Terry & Roberts, my experience was disappointing. I had to terminate my attorney, Kris Hufstetler, a week before trial. Their approach to the situation that led to this decision was traumatic, irritating, and nerve-wracking. I presented them various opportunities to rectify matters. However, the firm was less cooperative and slow in solving the situation (I almost had to intervene and direct the case proceedings by myself). There was little to remark about this firm. My attorney was unavailable whenever I phoned him (this occurred over a dozen times). The few times I interacted with the attorney, he mentioned, thrice within the first 3 minutes of our conversation, that he was occupied with his trial preparation for another client. It is unprofessional and a touch offensive. Fortunately, another attorney saved the situation in good time, though I lament the resources spent here. I would never recommend them. Find another firm!
