Feedback received Armstrong Divorce & Family Law, PLLC Customer feedback summary: I would NEVER recommend this practice. It has taken me over 2 years to post this. Do NOT do mediation and make sure your lawyer has a plan for what is legally yours in the state of Texas and fight for that. I did not even get one penny of the marital home. These attorneys did not fight for me. It was like a day at the spa during the 9 hours of the brutal mediation, where the mediator, Daniel A, kept saying he'd like to get home for dinner to see his child, pressuring me pressuring me pressuring me all the while I was under such duress and stress and emotional pain. Married half my life, raised a family, no education, no earning power. I was not set up for my future the way I was told I would be if we had gone in front of a judge. But they talked me out of going in front of a judge and the only one who benefited from that was my ex-husband. These attorneys bullshitted me, said they know how to work with narcissist that the court system recognizes this, etc.2. I would NEVER recommend this practice. My child has special needs and was constantly misunderstood and invalidated by other professionals, but Lexi went the extra mile to put together an agreement that was customized for me and my daughter's needs. She was extremely knowledgeable of the law and what options were available to us, and once we picked a direction, worked tirelessly to gain that consensus and de-escalate opposing counsel's high conflict and intimidation strategies. I now have a framework that eliminates conflict before it starts and protects my child, career, privacy, autonomy, time, energy and peace. It is possible to achieve freedom from a co-parent that focuses on control and "winning" instead of what's best for your child and Lexi knows how to build that framework.4.
