She is incredibly relaxing and competent. Every time her work is consistently solid, detailed, and easy to trust. I leave feeling refreshed and taken care of, and she’s the reason I keep coming back. I highly recommend her! Booked a last minute facial with Brandy, I needed to RELAX and did exactly that! Much much needed as a busy mom and it was the perfect end to my stressful week, my skin looks and feels GREAT. I feel soo good. Gets overcharged each time I come, but always eventually refunded. Takes some of the fun out of the experience. I’ve been to Hiatus twice for facials. The space and the facial is great but I always get overcharged at checkout. First time they were selling me products and told me products were 10% off that day. I decided to make a purchase. They run the card on file and email the receipt. Later I looked at the receipt and they did not apply the 10% discount. I emailed them and they refunded me for the 10% off. The second time, I said I wanted to leave a 20% tip. I looked at the emailed receipt later and they charged 40% tip. Again, I emailed them and they refund the difference. I don't think it's intentional, but it is annoying. This place is a really solid med spot, but I would say they don’t offer any of that super fancy treatments. I usually just go here for a massage and get a really solid deep tissue massage every time I come. My only complaint is it quite a drive from us so I don’t get out here as often as I like. That means that I still have a monthly membership which I use as much as I can. My wife comes here for a lot more treatments and really likes it, which is why we’ve kept her Membership despite being so far away.
