They took great care with the services from the time I arrived to the time I left the spa.2. I have enjoyed treatments in the past here and it has been a place I go for birthdays and special occasions. Very disappointed with how things were handled last weekend. It was my birthday and I had a 3 hour spa day planned and was on the way when I received a call 40 min before my appointment time that the technician was not available. I was asked to call a different location to see if they had any openings. I am in this industry and I get that life happens but this was a non emergency and could have been planned better the day before not 40 min before appt. I emailed before writing this review and was hoping to have heard back from management. I apologize but this is the only way I know how to see if things can be done differently.3. All services were amazing, and the curated products make this place unique. It is a small shop, and atmosphere is quite different than the usual large spas, but very calm.5. The massage was good; however, the constant upselling reduced the experience. My mom accepted to increase her 50 min massage to 80 min (+$35), and asked for CBD cream during massage for another $30. This was okay. After the massage, she was told to purchase a neck pillow. They also asked me if she’d like CBD cream for home use, which was not pleasing. The spa is an old house with beautiful surroundings and lacks amenities. It gives an $205 80 min massage, which seems costly.8. I took my mom. Paperwork and tea is offered. Afsoon is my treatment giver, and she is the best masseuse I have ever had, her touch is intuitive and she is very careful with me. I also use her for facials and she is also great at those. I went for a classic Raw earth purifying facial. The place is good, and the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming and feels well-taken care of. It was a terrific time with Afsoon the aethetecian, got a relaxed, comfortable, and tailored treatment. It was so great! and I recommend her.15. I just got an 80-minute Terra Firma massage with Renee and it was LIFE CHANGING!! I carry all my stress in my neck and shoulders and I have clenching issues. I have never had a massage that adequately gets rid of my shoulder knots in my life. But this one did. Seriously come see Renee if you want the best massage you will ever get.
