Customer Feedback Summary: Love, love love this place! I’ve been to spas all over the US and DFW and this boutique has some of the best therapists I have ever experienced. Ask for April and get the rainforest wrap then the CBD mellow out massage. It’s like heaven on earth!!2. Spa Habitat Legacy in Plano is a great place to go for a massage and other spa services. The spa is very clean, has wonderful products, has a very professional staff and is always very peaceful and quiet. I have been going to April, my massage therapist, for several years and she is AMAZING. She is an exceptional therapist and if you go to her, you won’t want to go to any other massage therapists. I say this based on my experiencing at least ten massage therapists over my lifetime. April is a superb massage therapist - friendly, kind, professional and very attentive to your needs. I always feel so great when I leave there because the massage is so thorough and addresses all those tender spots. April also puts me to sleep with her relaxing type of massage, which to me signifies an exceptional massage. I always get the hot stone massage which is wonderful. April is THE BEST and I would highly recommend her.3. Spa Habitat Legacy in Plano is a great place to go for a massage and other spa services. When I made my appointments, I chose a massage first followed by a facial with a 40 minute gap in order to drink, use the restroom and relax in between. Unbeknownst to me, they moved my appointment up to 10 minutes following which only left me time to use the restroom. I was attempting to chug my tiny cup of water while the esthetician discussed my facial I booked. She basically explained that the facial I booked was not what I needed and that I needed to do one of three additional options ranging from $30-100. When I explained I was utilizing a gift card and trying to stay on budget (mind you - I was feeling rather stressed at this point), she explained that the $100 dollar addition to my ~$150 facial was what my skin needed and it was cheaper than most other places. I told her I would do the $30 dollar addition and we proceeded. At the completion of the facial, I was instructed to proceed to changing room to get dressed and she would meet me with water. Spoiler - she did not meet me with water. i was not offered an opportunity to sit and relax following the service which felt very cold compared to my previous experiences at Milk and Honey or Mokara. If you are looking for a great massage or facial and to get in and out, this is a great option. If you are looking for a spa experience, I would not recommend.5. I had the 80 minute mud purifying facial with Liz, and the experience could not have been better. Upon arrival, I completed my guest intake form and was offered water, hot tea, and a hot pack for my neck. From there, I was taken into the treatment room. The 80 minute facial session not only included a plethora of facial treatments from exfoliants, masks, extractions, and serums, but also included hot stone arm massage, scalp massage, neck and shoulder massages. The bed is heated, and there are heated weighted packs and neck pillows used as well. I did the optional CBD oil add on, and it enhanced the relaxation to the extreme. When I go for a facial, I want to make sure they use whatever tools needed to extract black heads and clogged pores, and they certainly will take care of that here. Highly recommend both Liz and the treatment. I’ll be back for my next facial!7. Amazing facial experience with Liz! She always knows what my body needs and how to tailor the massage to whatever discomforts I’m having. Absolutely recommend the staff and facility!9. I get massages all around the country, and the Farm to Spa service by April, was AMAZING. I absolutely loved her technique and am hoping to come back next time I am in Plano!10. Spa Habitat is honestly the only spa I trust. I’m really sensitive to scents, and I never have to worry about strong synthetic fragrances, laundry detergent smells, or dryer sheets here which is huge for me. Angela was my massage therapist and she was amazing. Super intuitive, very relaxing, and just an all around great experience. I walked out feeling completely reset. I also love that they use their own clean product line. Everything feels thoughtful and intentional, not just “spa-pretty.” If you care about what’s actually touching your skin and still want a great massage, I can’t recommend Spa Habitat enough.11. Had the most amazing deep tissue massage from Hope here. She was so kind and caring and gave me genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I wish I lived in town so I could come more often!12. My appointment wasmade a few months , for today, a Sunday, at 11:00 am. I arrived on time and was told to fill . The day before, I was called to confirm appointment. I asked to confirm their location. During the confirmation phone call, it was not mentioned that I needed to to arrive early to fill out paperwork. I arrived on time. I was given the paperwork to fill out. The woman assigned to give me the facial ( 80 minute facial)came in to tell me the paperwork wasn’t that important to fill in, and she would just verbally ask me the same questions that I would need to pause around 11:30 , because I needed to use my phone ( to sign up for a gym class… would only take a second) The attendant, her name was something like Shawa, told me my facial would only be until 11:20, which only gave me a 15 minute facial. I asked why only until 11:20. She said because I was late. I told her I was not late, thst I was told to fill out questionnaire , and then told it was not important. I left, respectfully, and sat in my car to decide what to do. About 7 minutes later, I went back into Spa Habitat Legacy to get the name of the manager and name of the facial attendant. Apparently, the store manager happened to be on the phone. The attendant apologized that she had her time mixed up, thought it was 10:00am, and not 11:00 am. The facial attendant was very apologetic and I believe embarrassed. Shawa was so disrespectful, to me. I made an appointment at the spa Habitat downtown Plano, where I drove to, immediately after. Different experience and reception.Sorry so long, and thank you for reading!13. We had a good couple’s massage. The place though not decked up or had the frills, they had the basic amenities for a good massage and the massages were given deftly and with expertise. Slightly pricy for the offering but a good place within Plano!14. We had a good couple’s massage. Self-care is something I’ve been intentional about, and this spa is exactly what I’d been looking for. It’s completely organic with zero artificial or harmful ingredients, which is perfect for my sensitive skin. I’ve dealt with random breakouts over the last few years and even stopped getting facials because my skin became too reactive. This was my second visit here, and both times have been amazing. The plant-powered, locally made products feel so gentle and clean on my skin. The ambiance is relaxing, the staff is welcoming, and my esthetician Liz is AMAZING! She took such great care of my skin, explained everything she was using, and I could feel an immediate difference after my facial. If you’re looking for a clean, calming, organic spa experience, I highly recommend Spa Habitat.
