You will not be disappointed.3. You are a monster, and not in a good way. I was very prepared for my consult with you in which you overtalked me nearly the entire time, and didn’t hear me at all. I asked if there was any hope for me and you took that as an invitation to talk to me about how screwed I am and how it will be just to even have a chance I will be spending upwards of $20k and prolonging my legal process. You can’t win them all, but you can’t just take a person’s money in good conscience knowing they have no chance at relief. I took my own case to the end without a lawyer, and won handily. I threw the same “evidence” you said didn’t matter at all, at the judge, and won handily. Reverse psychology? Who are you to say what will change an outcome or not, when you have never seen the outcome of a case? I felt like I was stuck in a movie where I was being pressured to go with the most expensive attorney who would do nothing, and when it came crunch time, “bro, it’s just too hard of a case.” You had no right to say that to me. My case was very winnable, and you just turned your nose at it. That’s a lawsuit, not a client relationship.
