Mr. Sollows and his team changed the original plan we had that we discussed several times without my permission , In addition I was charged for services that were beyond the needs of my case with no direction or reason being given . He passed my case to another lawyer who was at the firm who lacked knowledge of my case and I was billed for negligence of both the Sollows firm and apposing counsel. When I reached out several times I was blown off and my concerns were not met. All of my legal matters were not addressed and the money spent was not benefiting of my case. They closed my case with no forwarding of any information and advised if I needed additional assistance I would need to contact the attorneys general . After paying 10k in fees I was served with a bill so to communication between the attorneys which was beyond what was told to me as a cost to cover my legal matters. I can suggest if you’re case is as important to you as mine is please avoid this law firm. Mr. Sollows is very arrogant and his only concerns include his advancement not your case or doing what’s ethically right for the consumer.14.
