I hired Labecca to help represent my father in becoming guardian for my son. Our first meeting with labecca went good .She took the case so we hired her. On our second meeting, we had discussed the situation we were in. An we received strong words an reaction from Mrs Buselli. She described the guardianship was gonna be the challenge in our case. An mentioned exchanging banks an getting my son some form of rights restored was the easy part. We went to court an having the judge we did. The outcome was extraordinary. For he ruled on my father's behalf immediately to be the guardian for my son. It was an amazing outcome an we so happy. As my dad n son continued with the representation of Labecca an her firm. We were expecting her to continue with her strong representation an words she had shared with us. In continuing to exchange banks an getting restoration rights back for my son. As time went by. An she had communicated with my son's bank. That we've had horrible experiences with the last 5 years. An we had evidence of fraud n theft on behalf the bank. Labecca was no longer interested in helping pull away as she had spoke so clearly of during one of our meetings. We felt she had bn compromised by the folks at the bank. My father would include her in all emails to show the bank has no interest in working with my dad an getting issues fixed they had failed to do so the last 5 years. Issues of barn leaks. An a 40, 000 dollar industrial generator for my son's home to be used especially for emergency medical reasons. Still to this day hasn't bn fixed. The bank paraded around my father's requests. An labecca an this firm being involved in the email requests did nothing to help an assure professional representation. Seeing this . I emailed Labecca asking if she was gonna do her job properly an represent my dad right. An help him with the bank , on getting his requests done. So he may do his job as a guardian. An I had also brought up the help she mentioned she was gonna do to help my son with restoration of rights. She told me in emails I still have to be able to show. She simply said she didn't represent me. An that she was gonna put in to the court to resign from representing my father. She never spoke with my father to tell him directly that she was gonna resign. Now we were told this firm was a really strong an good firm. I think they are , we just weren't the right people for them to wanna give great representation too. I'm sure they've gone above an beyond for those they like an accept. With sharing just a part of our experience with labecca an her firm. We do not recommend this firm. Nor how we got treated an lied to, to just being dropped aswell . It is one of our worst experiences having to go through."
