Chico's Coffee Shack is a local coffee shop that will feature primarily coffee from America, sourced from countries like Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and so forth. We will make pastries that have a Latin American touch, which is a culture that is vibrant, colorful, and rich in history. We will also offer the usual pastries that are found in most cafes in the United States. Nevertheless, when I came up with this business idea, I aimed at showcasing Latin America. I have a passion for Latin America. As a nurse, I've worked with children from Latin America. Their stories touched my heart. I got inspired to open a coffee shop that would be themed or dedicated to the theme of Latin America. I am strategically positioned across the street from the city hall, and also the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), which gives me a perfect location for customers to share my story and enjoy our coffee.
