Complete ‘N Him Transformation Life & Health Coach: Goals for Transformation In the process of helping my clients transform, my client-centered approach has allowed them to change their lives for the better. When we help clients establish S.M.A.R.T. goals, they can change their lives for good, and clients can achieve their goals through their efforts and commitment. At every encounter, my goals have been to help one navigate through their life challenges. This entails improving one’s self-confidence and ability to overcome roadblocks. I also delved into the root causes of issues people sought help with. This approach, “Examine the Root”, provided the foundation for the shift most people wanted – a fresh perspective. This effort was mobilized by my coaching attributes of support, clarity, direction, and accountability. My coaching methodology is adaptive and evolves as the client does. Complete ‘N Him technique entails taking keen notes on the acronym. For instance, M may refer to more or routine messages. This approach sets the stage for progress towards the vision. My training and certifications have helped me at every level of growth. I have been an APA (American Psychology Association), ICF (International Coach Federation), and AAMFT (American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy) affiliate, which has continued to offer meaningful training for my growth.
