Most of our customers are satisfied with our services, although we have received several negative remarks. Some clients have accused us of fraud, indicating that they paid for services that were not delivered. They claimed that our business was a scam and shared some negative reviews. Some customers reported that their calls went unanswered, but immediately they missed us, we liked their message and asked them how long they needed. One hour cost $150. A deposit of $50 was to be paid for the booking appointment. Apart from this, another $50 was supposed to be paid for the massage therapist deposit, and the remaining $50 was to be given during the service. They were told that we had booked them at 10 pm only to find the doors locked when they came, and they were asked for $40 more. Such customers called our business SCAM! However, many clients have remarked positively about our services. This is a positive story from our clients. This part shows most customers are satisfied with our massage and wellness services.
