Melissa Morales Fletcher

Melissa Morales Fletcher is a seasoned attorney who has been practicing law for more than 20 years. She is highly skilled in labor and employment litigation and is based in San Antonio, Texas. Melissa's law career began as an assistant city attorney at the City of Dallas Attorney's Office. Her promotion to the Employment and Labor Section soon followed. She represented the city, its elected officials, and their staff in all employment discrimination and retaliation litigation. Additionally, she litigated before administrative trials board hearings and Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) as an advocate. She later joined a law firm defending cities and counties in all employment, land-use, and constitutional law. Melissa joined a Dallas Law Firm formerly called Godwin Gruber LLP, where she did employment law litigation in all its forms. She returned to San Antonio in 2004, transitioning as Staff Counsel for State Farm Insurance Company. In this capacity, she presided over many District Court and County Court trials. Melissa resumed employment law practice in 2010 by joining the Goode Casseb Jones Riklin Choate & Watson law firm, where she handled employment litigation and consulting. In 2013, Melissa joined with her brother and father. She also serves as of counsel to The Morales Firm P.C. Melissa assists both employees and their bosses in navigating various employment law matters by providing litigation and counseling.
