Advice for management
My biggest piece of advice is consistency and communication. The management here lacks this. What the policy or approach is one day does not mean that will be what we do tomorrow. And when a change is made, properly communicate this to your team. Don’t expect them to read your mind.
While I brought 60% to 80% GM the treatment by owner was not reflective of the fact.
In addition, don’t make promises you don’t, won’t, or can’t keep. It is demotivating and demoralizing.
