South Texas Solar Systems

My name is Billy Thomas back almost an year ago Texas solar / South Texas Solar system . and I'm so sick of been told from Texas Solar that they have no account with them, and. For almost A year next month. I m learning that I need to try South Texas Solar. The contract that I signed has Texas solar broker or the address out of Houston so I got an email back today as of March 22nd 2023 that they have no account in my name and for me to try South Texas solar. How can a contract has one name and someone tell me another name. All I can say and it's the truth that my wife and I didn't put the panels on our house I have email text messages and a contract that's clearly states who put the panels on my house The name of the person the salesman who signed the contract and now all of a sudden no one can find a account. But I'm paying for something. That don't exist and don't work. The panels are and have been black every since they install them on my house. I've talked to two different people from Texas Soldier a few months ago now as of March 22nd 2023 they I don't have a contract with them so I don't know who we have a contract with but I know what's on the paperwork like I said previously before. So therefore if we don't have a contract with anyone then they can't possibly be working. I'm I'm just going to have my wife to file with the Better Business Bureau and maybe we can find out who actually put these panels on my house there's no truth in anything on this paperwork if that's the case it's got Texas solar broker written all over it everywhere I'm going to go to the BBB and send them copies of everything I have what a big disappointment what a rip off.
