Customer Review Highlights for Spa Europa: 1. Disorganized place - My hubby & I had booked a couples massage. It was a complete waste. I had neck problems, and I had marked that on my questionnaire, and they didn't even touch it. When I told the masseuse to apply more pressure, it felt like I was being rubbed by a six-year-old kid. I paid a lot, and it wasn't worth it. 2. Amazing massage - The location is at the back right corner of the mall. The massage was perfect. Please go there. I think it is the best so far. 3. Pure bliss – My husband & I came here for a couples massage and felt pure bliss. The staff was generous, and the space was comfortable and smooth. I recommend it for anyone looking for a decent couples massage. 4. Pleasing customer service - Had a couples massage with my GF last time, and it was nice. We left the building feeling much better than when we entered it. We had trouble finding it because it is shared but a phone call settled it. I have had a massage elsewhere, but they explained how they were going to work, and they asked us which parts we want to be massaged and which ones we do not want. Communication was good, and we were pleased. 5. Excellent service! – My wife and I had our first couples massage on our anniversary & both agreed it was the best massage we have ever had! Laura's deep tissue massage was the best massage I have ever experienced. She focused on the problem areas effectively. My wife also had an exceptional massage from Griselda with calming techniques. Both therapists are highly recommended.
