Sunline Global, Inc. Feedback Summary My overall experience with Sunline Global has been quite positive. Customers' experience with the company has been overall beneficial. Here are some of the feedbacks: It's always a pleasure working with the staff at Sunline. Communication is great and they never accept more loads than they can cover in a timely manner. It's been amazing working with Sunline and Sam Clay. I've been working with Sunline for more than 5/6 years and gotta admit looking at the trucking industry these days, these are the people i trust the most, I haul pretty much minimum 3 to 4 loads for them in weekly and they ALWAYS take care of me whenever is needed, David the MAN who I have met in real life with as well and they take care of their carriers, can't forget my fellow brokers either, Ray, Ruben, Oscar, Hannah, Sam, and so on, side note for my people that work there, don't get pissed off at me for forgetting your name lol Christopher Welch and his team have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Deedee Martin is such a great help! And always gives us when we need a load. We appreciate working with Hannah because she is responsive, helpful, and respectful. She's a top-notch when it comes to work. We have been in business for a long time and we understand how crucial consistency is and Sunline always keeps us and others moving. We love working with Hannah. She is definitely a high asset to Sunline. Dispatch and guys in Laredo for loading are good at what they do. Very straight forward and professional. I couldn't ask for better customers to work with who are so understanding of how our industry can be sometimes! Julia McKinney, (& and her back-ups) is by far the best logistics coordinator I have ever worked with!!! ALWAYS emails with updates on loads either canceled or delivering late. takes the time to do the job right, all require information needed on loads, very quick to respond on any issues. I have been here at Kloeckner for over five years and no one carrier has provided us with better service. I have twenty years' experience in shipping and honestly Julia is within the top three I have ever worked with and that includes a VP of yellow frt, and the President of a multi-state ran frt carrier, so very high standards to measure up to. This does not even cover the above and beyond cheerfulness and upbeat attitude that is very rarely seen anymore in this industry. The hustle it takes to keep on top of freight movement is no small affair. The due diligence Julia has; time and time again, showed in making sure things run smooth is something I am very grateful for here dealing with so many different carriers from so many different locations.
