Tanager Logistics, LLC Customer feedback summary: Avoid this broker! Don’t book loads from this broker! Be aware! they are in financial difficulties & have many claims against their bond. I have been trying to get payment & they dont know how to be honest. The invoice, POD & rate con was emailed to them more than 12 times & they claim it’s not accurate! come to find out they are just stringing me along because they cant pay & they have many claims against their bond. Do not take loads from them & keep your paper trails of emails. This has been a great company to work with. Ethan Walker Didn’t tell driver it had 2 stops nor driver assist and refused to pay driver assist he offered us $50 when drier had to unload truck go up n down on a ramp then carry pallets on the other side of the store.Driver was treated unfairly .
