Customer feedback summary: I had a fantastic experience with De La Garza Kimberly. She walked me through every step of my case. Gave me the best advice and damn near got my case through her advice. A plea deal with no punishment is getting off Scott Free in my book. I messed up and she helped me find forgiveness. BEWARE I hired Ms. De La Garza to represent me in a civil case. Her fee was $5000. She required the entire amount before filing my case, which I paid in full. I also provided the documentation she required within the first month of hiring her. She was difficult to reach and went 4 months without responding despite many attempts on my end. After a year of her doing absolutely nothing on my case, I filed a grievance with the State Bar of Texas. The panel found that she was NEGLIGENT in her duties and she was sanctioned by the State Bar. I did receive a partial refund from her but am still out $3928 for NOTHING! BEWARE! Best around ....sweetest person I know and take your case serious This Is an accomplished smart women who inspires me. Kim has fought and continues to fight on my behalf and I appreciate her a lot. She is ready and willing to stand for you and if needed take your case to trial She helped me on my case and I was very pleased with her representing me. She handled business and I was very happy with the outcome Very unprofessional...acted like she was in a bad mood. Best attorney I know in town. I'm truly thankful for the professionalism and the direct manner my case was handled. She kept me out of the loop MOST of the time. Not well at returning phone calls nor kept up with my case, she did not know why I was serving a 24-month pretrial yet, she was the one who advised me to take that offer. After 19 months, I called if it can be dismissed she was like " why are you doing a 24 month and not a 12-month pretrial?" That really upset me bc she did not know what was happening. Thanks to a great advisor in the Seguin adult P.O. , he submitted my paperwork at 12 months then again at 19 months bc he knew I did all that was assigned and had no reason to keep me on this ridiculous charge. I felt Kim could have done something for me yet didn't do crap. Save your money find a lawyer who listens and keeps you informed!!!!!!!!!
