Jim Worley has consistently demonstrated unprofessional and obstructive behavior throughout my divorce proceedings. He has repeatedly refused to sign agreed-upon orders, including temporary custody and financial arrangements that were approved by the judge. His actions caused unnecessary delays and additional legal expenses for both parties. On multiple occasions, he either failed to respond to court-mandated discovery or stalled the process without valid justification—delaying justice and resolution. Worse still, he appeared to weaponize procedural technicalities, not in service of his client, but seemingly to create chaos. His lack of professionalism undermines the legal process and reflects poorly on the integrity of family law in Bell County.
