Can't recommend them enough! I’ve used this firm twice and they have been great, both times. Kristy was GREAT. She’s knowledgeable, reliable, and has great communication. They are GREAT :) I would recommend lighthouse legal to anyone that is in need of attorney for any reason. I personally went through a horrendous divorce that I would not wish on anyone and Kristin with the help of Melinda helped me through what I would call one of the most difficult experiences I have ever had to deal with.  Unfortunately the lawsuits kept coming even after the divorce was finalized in which Taylor was able to step in and help me win my battle.  These ladies have been so very helpful for me and I would not have been able to do it without them.   They are very knowledgeable in their career field and will be able to help out however necessary.   I cannot stress enough how much these ladies have helped me in the last 2 years of working with them.  And to them I say thank you very much. Very professional and timely. Handled my case like I was apart of the family. My outcome was great! Definitely recommended. After my initial review of Lighthouse Legal and Attorney Taylor Haeuser, I’ve noticed a few things that reinforce my concerns. The firm has been responding to other reviews but has chosen not to acknowledge or address ours, which is disappointing and concerning. It suggests a lack of accountability and transparency toward clients with negative experiences. My original issues remain the same, poor communication, lack of preparation, and a serious data incident that was never fully explained or followed up on. I stand by my experience and encourage anyone considering this firm to ask direct questions about who will handle their case, how communication will be managed, and what measures are in place to protect client information. Original post: I do not recommend Lighthouse Legal, especially attorney Taylor Hauser. My case was switched to her without notice after I had started with a different attorney, which felt unprofessional. Communication and preparation were poor, and I felt my concerns and evidence were ignored. After the case ended, I received documents with repeated errors and even a phishing email that appeared to come from the firm’s address. When I asked about it, I was told they had been hacked, but I was never notified or informed about what information might have been compromised. If you’re considering this firm, look elsewhere. Being represented by them was one of the worst experiences of my life, a costly mistake with a lasting impact. FG Kelsi and Taylor were beyond AMAZING in helping us out. The communication and explanations on everything truly helped our situation. I will forever call upon them if needed (hopefully not) but to know they are there is a good feeling. Real people who have real life experiences that give hope for a better future. They make you feel cared about but also understood. I couldn’t have asked for a better law firm to represent me in my case. Thank you Lighthouse!
