She sounded irritated like she was in a hurry to get off the phone barely answered my questions Put me on a 10 min hold that I just hung up.2. Never heard back after an automated email said we would be contacted back. So we called. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and snotty with me. I was looking for an attorney, and that lady just lost that attorney a potential client. Not sure why the rudeness occurred, but I will take my business elsewhere. There’s no need to be rude to a potential client. If you’re having a terrible day, don’t go into work. It takes zero effort to be kind to someone.4.
