It took him two and a half months to file it, causing her to go delinquent on her vehicle, the numbers in their schedules were all incorrect; they had her house about using an appraisal of $100,000 more than its actual value. He's trying to talk her into staying in a Chapter 13 specifically for a car that she should have been paying outside bankruptcy, and he is that just basically refusing to what she wants to. He comes off as very arrogant, and I am extremely disappointed in myself for recommending them to her. They have not helped her, and they did a very poor job of explaining the process and how bankruptcy works; they expected the better or possible vendors to know all this technical legal jargon. I was on a conference call with them to make sure she understood the process and make sure that she relayed with what she wanted him to do, and all he wanted to do with me questioned my credentials on my previous bankruptcy experience, which is over 15 years old, just because I couldn't write off the top of my head the bankruptcy firms. I need help asap Somehow I was not understood, and ended up not on my paying for tickets for my children's visits for a father who does not even keep up with child support when he makes over 6 figures, but pays your money to visit. This was a disappointing experience, and clearly I was not understood. The only consultation is my kids' dad will never visit anyway. Not sure about Mr. Monte White as a lawyer, but I know he is a complete JERK when it comes to being a neighbor at his business place. Older people next door asked him and his office staff to cut his tree limbs back off her property and roof but after several attempts, he has refused to help them cut. These people are older and on a fixed income, so they cannot afford to hire anyone to help them. He really should get those limbs cut and pay to repair the damage they have caused....don't you think?... Monte is a good guy and was very helpful.
