In 2013, we embarked on a mission to offer Salt Lake Valley, and beyond, the most flavorful coffee, sourced ethically. We started in a garage but have since expanded to two bustling cafes, having weathered a storm or two. Our cafes are run by baristas and coffee enthusiasts who truly love and excel at what they do. We are perfectionists who dedicate our time and energy to roasting the highest quality coffee. Our people, our roasting software, and our experience allow us to replicate and perfect profiles. We roast coffee five days a week to keep it as fresh as possible. We use a lighter roasting technique because it highlights the beans' subtleties. Our coffee tastes amazing, guaranteed. We have a cozy cafe with a diverse variety of flavors. We use locally grown ingredients when possible for our handcrafted specialty coffee drinks and pastries. We also have a selection of other beverages and seasonal merchandise. You can buy any of our coffees right off the shelf and browse our brewing accessories.
