Customer feedback review:1. Awful service, extremely nefarious people, very rude and aggressive, and overly arrogant. Not recommended at all get a refund and go somewhere else 1 star out of 52. Our border collie got sprayed by a skunk and we could not get rid of the stink. Took him for a groom at K9 and he smells much better! He’s a nervous guy and they took such good care of him. Thank you! Very experienced!3. I can't say enough great things about Oscar! He truly gets dog behavior and is all about patience instead of brute force. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and gentle when it comes to training. Oscar excels at teaching dogs and their owners, and he makes sure the lessons stick in an organic way. Misleading and unprofessional experienceI had an appointment scheduled and arrived on time, but ended up waiting 50 minutes. The entire time I was told “they’ll be here in about 10 minutes,” so I kept waiting. At the end of those 50 minutes, I was finally told the trainer would not be coming at all. No advance notice, no apology, and no effort to respect my time. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating.6. Great prices, quick paperwork, and my dog seemed to have lots of fun!7. We have been taking our two insane huskies to K9 since 2019 and could not be happier. They absolutely love the all day party and usually come home ready to crash, which only happens after a good 10 mile hike. We've boarded overnight a couple times with no problems, other than our dogs glaring at us for leaving them here long. Oscar and Rufina are so incredible, patient, and kind with them.
