At Old Farm Pets
Whiskey is always excited to go play with his friends. He gets played with, plays with other dogs, and above all, the staff is really great and I feel that Whiskey boy is in good trusted hands. I love that all the employees love the animals and treat them as their own. Thank you Old Farm Pets.
Title: Whiskey's Second Home
I brought my cat here for a stay and from the get I shouldn’t have continued boarding but needed the care while out of town as it was a short notice trip. Upon drop off, while trying to get him set up one of the workers shook my cat in his carrier trying to get him into the kennel instead of just leaving the carrier inside and letting him come out at his own pace (which is how the staff is trained on how to get the animal out of the carrier so says the manager)
He was labeled as an aggressive cat because of another cat with the same name being aggressive and the staff making assumptions. He ended up living up to that title after being shaken (wouldn’t you be grouchy if someone shook you like a snow globe?)
The manager apologized and did her best to rectify the situation, but there’s no rectification from traumatizing and completely altering my cat. He’s way more skittish and reactive since coming back from this place. I wish our experience with the facility was as good as some of these other reviews
Seems like a great place for a dog!
