Thank you Danny and you always follow up on your promises! At this stage in his legal career he’s past retirement age and very forgetful sadly. I don’t recommend him and I gave him a 1 star because he’s a decent family guy. He’s a 1 star ⭐ Or lower now in his legal career. Facts not feelings. I worked with Mr. Danny Frazier on a protective order "no contact violation" It was very stressful to open your mail box and see that your indicted and I called Mr Frazier and asked for his legal help. The process does take some time I think we went to court a total of 4 times. He gave me some good advice and discussed options, Ultimately we took a plea deal but at sentencing we argued for credit for a class i had already taken and against the prosecutors recommendation of 2 years supervised probation, the judge gave us then win on both so only court probation for 1 year no fines and no additional classes, other than getting the case dropped this was the next best thing. thanks again Mr Danny Frazier I appreciate all your help Completely professional and hard working, Danny is a great lawyer Danny Frazier is awesome!! Very professional and helped with a few of my cases, he also helped a good friend of mines with a DUI case which kept him out of jail! I highly recommend Danny Frazier!! Danny is a great criminal defense attorney. Was very professional and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my case. I was charged with felony dui which was completely unfair. Danny did the research on the police report and was able to bring it to a misdemeanor. If it wasn’t for Danny’s attention to detail and research on my case I’d be a felon. Highly recommended Danny is a fantastic criminal defense attorney! He helped a close family member with multiple DUIs. His communication was amazing, I was able to talk with him after hours. He didn't use scare tactics, or try to talk his way into getting hired. He answered my questions honestly before we even hired him, then told us we had no obligation to him at all. Pretty refreshing. Just a quick sidetone: As someone who has worked for multiple attorneys, I can tell you that not a single judge or prosecutor would allow ANY case to be rescheduled 16 times. Not a chance. Professional and helpful Incompetent! Worst attorney I have ever hired!.. I hired Danny Frazier in 2016. I paid him $3,400.00. Worst attorney I have ever dealt with. I don't think He even read the police report! I volunteered to take a drug and alcohol evaluation, and was given a certificate stating that no treatment was necessary. Danny showed the certificate to the DA in court and explained that the certificate was for completing treatment. We walked out of the court room and I asked him why he said that and he said "oops that was my bad" He told me not to worry About it. He also forgot several court hearings, and also failed to inform me when a hearing was rescheduled, so I would take the time off work and get ready for court only to find out that Danny rescheduled. Or I would be out of town and Danny would call and inform me that we had court that morning. He rescheduled my hearings over 16 times. He never spoke to me except for a few minutes before each hearing, he was clueless about my case. I hired a new attorney and a couple court dates were changed and Danny never called me to inform me of date changes. And when I called Danny after months of having a new attorney he claimed not to know about the court hearings, the changes, or the new attorney even though the attorney on any given case is automatically sent an email anytime something happens regarding that case. Very incompetent and unprofessional, I have No confidence in Danny Frazier. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking any kind of defense in the legal system Husband received a dui and Danny has been extremely helpful and professional! I'd recommend him Would not communicate with me until the day of court which he was late for and was wearing sandles. Had to reschedule 3 times to review my case but never got the chance. You would be better off representing yourself. I literally had the same experience as William from the comments in here Not happy at all with the outcome. He never contacted me. My court date was delayed multiple times because he could not make it for many reasons. Usually found out the night before or while at the court house that he was not going to be there. He would set up times for us to review my case and then never answer his phone or say he forgot and was not ready. He didn't look at any of my evidence even though I reminded him many times when I was able to talk to him. After 9 months of what should have been a little issue.
