Koehler Law Offices PLLC Client Feedback Overview: I hired this lawyer (Alan) to handle my case. They took my money and said they would represent me through the court process. The lawyer did not follow through with my representation. They did not cover key case issues, and the court process was left incomplete as the lawyer did not take any appropriate action or resolution attempt on my behalf. Communication was terrible, deadlines were repeatedly missed, and I was not guided or supported when needed. I had to call them for updates, and it did not amount to the promised case representation. This was already a dreadful situation, and their neglect of the past made it even worse. I do not recommend this lawyer to anyone who may need professional or dedicated legal representation. Throughout the process, I was not properly informed about case status and other issues as is necessary. They deliberately ignored my query or answered me with little information. It was the worst-ever legal representation I got. Their silence on critical issues affected my understanding, leaving me to research for myself. Given that my accusation was severe, their failure to act diligently and communicate made me stressed and at risk of a legal problem. According to my opinion, they breached their professional obligations under attorney conduct ethical rules by failing to act diligently, communicate, and maintain competence in my case. 2. JUST ANOTHER PAYDAY FOR THEM. I hired Court to help me with a dui case. I paid 6k so that I could keep my license and drive to work. He knew nothing about the 24-7 program used to achieve this goal. Long story short I paid 3500$ for the program, got caught driving illegally on his instructions (I sent him pictures of the DLD letter saying that I was revoked) that he told me i was good to drive. Lost my license for an additional year and another charge. Asked court how he could help and got shrugged off with a careless demeanor. If you have success with him and your 24-7 procedure, its because he learned off my suffering and extreme financial expense. He's cost me more than 10k, 3 years of horrible anxiety due to not having a license. All he has to say is, "can't cry over spilled milk". I reached out to him after 2 years and still he had no concern over the negative impaction his actions had on my life. 3.
