Pearson Butler Review Highlights Customer feedback summary 1. Pearson Butler Law provides a comprehensive approach to estate planning and trust creation. We are grateful to Jason Sterzer for his expertise. This estate planning process has truly exceeded my expectations. Jason, from day one to signing the trust contract, was exceptionally knowledgeable, organized, and patient. Estate planning sounds daunting, but Jason broke it down into simple, easy-to-understand steps, answering all of our questions as we went. He has been fantastic, every day during the process, including a trenchant explanation of probate and living trust—and a comparison of the latter to a will. Jason set up a revocable trust for us, which allows us to transfer property to our beneficiaries without using a will or undergoing probate, ensuring our private matters stay private. Through the trust, we will retain control over when and how beneficiaries will receive assets, while a will would have had the court rules apply. This knowledge has put my mind at ease for my family's future. Jason's attention to detail and depth of knowledge is impeccable. Throughout the experience, he has been empathetic and provided assurance the process would be completed as needed, and it was. We now feel secure and relaxed, knowing our assets are protected. We would recommend Jason Sterzer to anyone who requires professional and sophisticated estate planning advice. He has done an excellent job. Thank you Jason! 2. Pearson Butler (4/5) - Good layout and location, but they jacked me around. 3. Very helpful Mr. Webb addressed several inquiries I had regarding trademarks and businesses. He was very personable and down to earth. If I ever need to start something new, I'm going to these guys. 4. Holy scam Batman So, they say they don't charge unless they win, but they don't do that. Anyways, I called them like the ad said to do so, and a girl picked up with the most upset attitude, and you could just tell she was milking Gen Z loud through the line, but whatever. I say I need a consult with an estate lawyer, and she asked if I meant a probate lawyer. I said no because I'm not interested in reopening any probate cases, and I just need some general questions looked into. I asked her if they were contingency-based because that's what their entire ad essentially was hinting at. She said no, and I was like, okay, then why does the ad say don't worry about paying unless you win, and she just straight-up left me on the line for a good minute and said nothing. It was so awkward because I just didn't expect it. I told her to give me a consult with an estate attorney regardless. I thought that was an odd question, a probate lawyer on my end. Anyway, she shot me an email asking who I wanted to sue and why, and I'm just thinking, like, we just need help looking into things like life insurance and trusts and things. you know, local estate stuff. I filled it out, and it just seemed so over my head for a simple matter. She finally shot me an email back saying that none of their lawyers can help me, but thank you for my lawsuit. I just thought it was so funny because I never even mentioned that with her, and I just thought it was so unprofessional to even jump to that conclusion.
