Benny and the crew are customer-focused and always try to communicate openly, making sure they understand any situation fully to make it seamless for everyone involved. The excellent crew provided quality work doing repairs, installations and upgrades. They also made practical solutions to make customers’ lives easier by adapting to their electric issues and giving remote power supply and work from home options. This is a team i would want to finish all the difficult installations you need in complicated buildings and other tricky problems that arise occasionalluy. Their team is made up of highly experienced electricians who can do every difficult electrical duty. Everyone mentioned the team’s quality and cleanliness after the job is done, while tap joints that are serious and they seal leaving you with a perfect and stable connection. These guys are the best! They have high experience and can do easilly even the most difficult electrical problem. My rating for this company will be there for all the good work they have been doing for the community...

Our house got struck by lightning 7/12/22 and the fire department came quickly to put the fire out. They told us we needed to call an electrician to make sure everything was okay before turning the power back on. We called AG based on their high reviews and they sent an electrician named Benny out to take a look. He charged $289 for a deposit and then an additional $1279 just to assess the damage. He informed us that our whole panel was fried and that we would need to replace the whole panel and the house required extensive work, quoting us around $20,000. Benny also said he would need to pull 3-4 other guys off jobs and that rest assured the power would be back the next day. Come the next day one guy shows up and Benny is nowhere to be found. We call the office 5-6 times asking where he is and they keep giving us different answers. He finally shows up in the evening and when asked about the multiple people needed he says “well I’m here now aren’t I?” Benny then proceeds to ask for more money as “most things are not up to code” and they apparently have to do much more work before turning the power back on, even though he guaranteed it would be fixed the next day. At this point my parents were flabbergasted that he would need even more money and Benny became rude, saying “I’ll pay for the damn hotel myself” and refusing to leave before getting additional payment. He insisted there was a ground to water line needed and that he would do it tomorrow but no guarantees about when the power would be back. We were skeptical of the horrible service so we called another electrician to double check the work he did as well as call the county inspector who would tell us exactly what we needed in order to turn the power back on. The other electrician said our old panel that was supposedly fried was intact and did not need to be replaced. Our insurance company confirmed this finding. The county inspector said the only thing we needed was a grounding to water line to pass inspection. He said it looks like there was one but it was cut because there was fresh electrical tape. The county inspector said nothing about code violations or anything else Benny mentioned for turning the power back on. We had another electrician place the line, filed our own permit (which cost $120 compared to the $750 Benny charged), and passed inspection. To take advantage of a family when they are in need is despicable, and to do so in such a rude manner is entirely unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER go with these rude, price gouging, scam artists. My review that got deleted

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Don't trust this company or anyone that works here. My family's house was struck by lightning back in July and these people tried scamming my parents out of over $20,000 worth of repairs that weren't even necessary. We're still dealing with the repercussions of this company's dishonest and malicious actions. They're unprofessional, unreliable, and will only cause you more problems than you began with.

Grossly over-priced!!! Charge 10 times the actual cost of a cable, 10 times the cost of parts (box and fuses), and 5 times the cost of labor. Charged $500 for the permit and it was never pulled. Looked for ways to add costs unnecessarily. Literally added a $4,000+ nonrefundable charge! Basically scammed my wife. Smooth talkers while they look to empty your bank account. DO NOT USE!!!
