Customer reviews: Had a great partnership with this law firm, and the legal process is completed. However, the law firm is not responding to any of our messages or phone calls concerning the legal procedure. I have sent emails to the law firm for two months to 3 different contacts without any avail. It is unfortunate because we do not get feedback on important issues. It is disappointing, knowing that after the file is closed, no one can be reached for clarification or questions. The company needs to provide an efficient way of communication even after completing the case.
The legal firm handled our matter, and the process is over. Andrew and his team are not responding to our queries after two months.
