ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Client Testimonials: 1. Jennifer Bradley and the team at MDB are truly some of the finest lawyers I've encountered and worked with. My Husband and I had a very complex and adversarial family law matter with his child from a prior marriage and Jennifer has been nothing short of brilliant, strategic, and tireless throughout our ordeal. She has been thoughtful and available to explain every step of the process, she's professional but firm when speaking with the opposing counsel and has made persuasive and successful legal arguments in court. Because of Jennifer, we have a much more just and reasonable custody agreement including an updated child support award, and she continues to fight on our behalf to ensure the terms of the agreement are followed. She genuinely seems to care deeply about her job and the cases and clients she represents. - Client 2. Jennifer Bradley is a powerhouse. I initially contacted her to help me with enforcement of a custody agreement that became acrimonious. I did not have my own attorney when I signed my divorce and custody agreement and Jennifer not only helped with the enforcement problem I had been experiencing, but also provided feedback on additional concerning language and terms in my custody agreement. She has been able to renegotiate my custody and support over the past two years and through that process, I have gained greater access to my child and had many unnecessary provisions removed. She is professional and always well-prepared and walks you through the legal process by providing her candid advice. Jennifer’s recommendations and results speak for themselves. 3. Jennifer C. Moshier represented me in a complicated divorce and custody case for nine years in total, and she won time and time again in court. You will be in good hands with MDB. 4. After having a terrible experience with a competing firm due to jurisdictional restrictions, JB and MDB have given me sanity and justice. Jennifer Bradley and her associates are amazing advocates - they will fight for YOU without questioning the case specifics or their professional judgment. Hire them and you can sleep easy knowing your interests are being protected. 5. I have worked with Jennifer Bradley professionally for 5+ years and her support has been invaluable to our family's welfare. I work in child welfare and have working relationships with many of the lawyers in the area, and they all say Jennifer is fantastic, professional, and collaborative. Her reputation is exemplary. We trust her for many reasons, but a major one is that she works hard to SAVE you money — that's not a common characteristic of many lawyers in this area. Rarely will you find an attorney who says if they don’t believe court action is worth it. Jennifer shares her self-evident truths, whether they’re painful or not. She also has encouraged assertiveness when we were hesitant, yet her legal judgment has turned out to be accurate. I’d recommend her to anyone seeking counsel. 6. I had an appointment on the books on Monday. They called to let me know that I've been conflicted out on Thursday afternoon after I had already scheduled my appointment and indicated that they would take my husband as a client instead. 7. When you need the best of the best to guide you through the worst of the worst, MDM&B is the only place worth considering. If these experts by some chance don't have the answers you seek, they have access to the resources they need to get those answers. Highest recommendation for their legal acumen and attention-to-detail. Don't walk to MDM&B, run. 8. Ms. Meacham was my attorney on my divorce. She was extremely professional. It was great for me, a man, to have a woman represent me. She was able to almost triple the offer that my wife proposed. If I ever needed another divorce attorney, she's my girl. Case closed. 9. A nice law firm that listens to you. Great service too. 10. After a lot of research, I decided to evaluate three different attorneys across Northern Virginia before I met Jennifer Bradley. I asked these three attorneys one common question: “If the conflict check had barred you from representing my case, who would you recommend I interviewed next for the job?” Interestingly, all of the three attorneys I asked this question referred me to MDMB. After meeting Jennifer Bradley, she was quick to realize that she was knowledgeable and experienced. I must admit that I remained a little skeptical about how effective she could be, but I gradually learned that she was not only a good listener but also a patient explainer. She is also a meticulous planner and a skillful strategist. She has meticulously handled everything right from the onset. Nevertheless, there is one characteristic that sets Jennifer apart, which answers my question about her glowing reputation! She is a client-first individual. Most importantly, she puts the needs and interests of her client first. uture. 30541 Digital Drive,{" "} 11. Lmao they are a joke get another firm 12. My first engagement with MDMB Law was in late 2016 at the onset of my divorce, one of the hardest moments in my life. As I worked with different legal firms in the National Capital Region, I can confidently say that MDMB is the best in terms of communication and fairness. When I first met Jennifer Bradley, I made it clear that I wanted to incur low legal expenses and keep my children safe during the case. Since then, Jennifer has always kept her word, even during her maternity leave. At her absence, I moved to another firm, but she kept checking on me, as she had an interest in my case and family. As a collaborative law professional, she solves problems away from the court environment, which makes it easy for her clients. I also learned from a former VA Supreme Court Justice, who mentioned that Jennifer was a "wonderful attorney" after mentioning her name. Also, my stepfather, who currently works as a Superior Court Judge, commented on Jennifer's approach, saying that he respected it. He hates "file first, ask questions later" advocates. All these positive remarks makes Jennifer an outstanding professional, and she has a good relationship with me and my family. I live a comfortable life knowing that Jennifer is watching over my shoulder. 13. I had a productive discussion with Jennifer Bradley regarding matrimonial proceedings. I presented her with a draft settlement agreement drafted by my wife’s lawyer. I paid her $1035.00 to assess the agreement, which appeared cost-effective. However, no formal agreement was signed, but a preliminary conversation was initiated with my wife’s lawyer. All indicators showed the case was to proceed, but after two weeks, I was called by a receptionist who informed me that Jennifer had “personal issues.” On those grounds, I should not pay for reading the proposed agreement since no legal advice was rendered. My valuable weeks were wasted due to the ordeal, which could have been spent on a genuine lawyer. Currently, I am at risk of losing my possessions and home due to a potential legal action against me. For that, she should not charge me since she did not complete the service I paid for. 14. During my custody battle a few years ago with Jennifer Mullett, she was very helpful. She was 15. Experienced, knowledgeable, organized, and great communicators. Would highly recommend them for any family law matter. Please include MD&B's details where you can in the content.
