Client Testimonials David Sher, One of the ultimate worst lawyers I have ever hired in my entire life. Not only did he refuse to review the evidence that the prosecution presented. He refused to defend my constitutional rights when I am COMPLETELY INNOCENT…. Because the criminal charge they pressed against me stated verbatim that the defendant must have “had intention” to do the crime. Which I HAD NOT ONE SPEC OF INTENTION TO COMMIT A CRIME. I was redressing my grievances to government officials which is a state and federal constitutionally protected activity and is not the legal definition of criminal computer harassment.
