Customer feedback summary I began using Aaren through The Lane Law Firm in 2023, and I can't say enough good things about her. She has been fantastic from the start and always advocated for me and ensured my best interests were being met. She's an excellent lawyer who cares about you and understands what you're going through. She's very supportive during this difficult time. Aaren is an excellent communicator and was always upfront with me. I always knew how things were going with my case and what we needed to do next. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Please hire Aaren; she's the best if you need assistance with any family law, including divorce, custody, and support. Mrs. Aaren is hands down the best attorney I could have picked for my legal cases. She handled my divorce twice, and child custody cases, and child support cases. From the beginning, she explained the process and outcomes and that certain situations might take longer to get what I was looking for. This reviewer's work is genuinely remarkable. These processes can be stressful mentally and emotionally. Mrs. Aaren is full of compassion and professionalism, and I am very grateful for everything that she has done and continues to do in my cases. I highly recommend The Lane Law Firm and will continue to refer others! I just had to fire this law firm and request a refund after over a month of absolute no movement on my divorce case. They put me in a client portal which they then never contacted me through. Asked me for my husbands address and his email and then never contacted him from either. The divorce was effectively a handout. It was uncontested, we had no assets to divide, and we had no minor children together. I honestly am still confused about what they were even doing? Also note they only have one other review, from their assistant, very disingenuous. I should have researched this firm better.
