Client Review: First off, I would like to start by saying attorney Dastan was a hell of an attorney! One thing I know is that after interacting with many attorneys in the ARAG network, most would either respond after a while or if they did respond, they never took the time to understand my situation. I only had two attorneys who reached out and unfortunately the first one was quick to ask for my records which I submitted and after that, he stopped communicating. I was worried if he was still interested in handling my case or not. However, attorney Dastan contacted me after the first attorney and spent some time reviewing my information. After that, he called me and gave a clear picture that my claim had merit. His communication was very clear in that it was straightforward and compassionate and grounded in integrity. It is also worth noting that attorney Dastan was very careful in our conversation, he listened, and that made me feel confident that I was dealing with the right person. After going through his busy schedule due to the commitment he had in other cases, he never forgot me. He went the extra mile of giving me a number of a trusted colleague who would help me with my case.
