Our family worked with Gregory Campbell's office for an eternity. In April 2021, my aunt died, and the estate was under Campbell's control until late February 2025. I have no fears that the estate's pace or winning moves were unfair or incorrect, but his office moved slowly and responded inefficiently and relayed frustrating delays contacting financial institutions, the IRS, tax advisors, etc. Most written communication was posted. In three years, we asked for heightening emails about the work's speed. I got postponements and other excuses, but the issue never seemed urgent or a priority. Although the work was successfully done, the multiple-year time frame calls into question the law office's "customer-first" concept.4.
