When Workers Comp insurance would deny my medication or my claims I knew all I had to do was call Ashley and between her and Brenda they would get everything straightened out. Through 14 major surgeries, a picc line taking antibiotics for a year, 105 days in the hospital, who knows how many Dr appointments totaling 18,000 miles traveled, and probably a thousand or more phone calls to Ashley about something my case manager was doing they weren't supposed to they were there for me.
