Feedback summary: I needed a divorce attorney, so I hired Kim M. Over the whole case process, I found she cared very little about my case. She has a very flat effect, she does not educate or support you on understanding the system processes, she is quiet, sheepish, and distant. I caught her in several lies during negotiations with my ex husbands attorney; her lies were aimed at speeding along the negotiations trying to get me to believe falsified information in order to get me to agree to things so she could quickly get the case finished. Also, my case couldn’t have been any easier for her in the first place as my ex is the type that basically tells on himself, even his own attorney passed him off onto their intern. Also, the GAL was advocating against him due to his many issues. I did have the outcome I wanted but it was no thanks to her. Also on day of court she dressed in the most utterly ridiculous outfit. This is not something I ever note or judge about people but I found it glaringly odd how, on the day of our hearing, she would look like a total clown. I even commented on how funky her outfit was and she sort of laughed and acknowledged she enjoys some off color clothing…but on court day?! Luckily we settled out of court thanks to my ex ruining things for himself, because I had zero confidence she would have been able to litigate. I would never recommend this attorney, making sure I tell as many people as I can to stay away. When I communicated these concerns to her she only replied with denials or simply said “oh” which...
