Tim and his crew were great, not only did they find the problem, but the price was fair. My Terrain engine had started acting up, and I took it to the shop. They gave me a quote for a GMC Terrain Timing Chain repair. The quote was less than the other garages and the GMC/Chevrolet dealerships in the area. I accepted the quote, and a 3rd party towing company dropped off my car the next day. Tim later provided the repair timeline. They found that the timing chain was faulty, engine oil had petrol in it, causing it to thin out, and the Fuel Injectors were faulty, causing the ECM to malfunction. Without further delays, they called for replacements and troubleshooting. Since I had changed my injectors recently, we sought a warranty exchange. The ECM was available, and they programmed and swapped it and relearned the process. Today, my vehicle runs perfectly with a new life due to the excellent diagnosis, replacement of parts, and reprogramming. I would recommend them for excellent service and professionalism. Rod The Locksmith, came to the house of my relative on a late-night due to an emergency call that was made for us to get keys into the house. He displayed utmost professionalism, dedication and compassion to complete this task. He worked till late night on this call and even came back the next day to follow up with the family and provide keys to us. This type of work ethic is a lost art. I thank God that he was able to help us that night. I definately recommend him for ANY of your locksmith needs.
