After a series of things I had my wife try and do I determined that the alternator needed replacing. I had her go buy one and started looking for a mobile mechanic who could come install it on short notice. At around 4:00 in the afternoon I called Elite and explained my dilemma. I was quoted a fair price and was told they could have a mechanic there in the morning. I was delighted. I told them the alternator and key would be on the driver seat. I received a courtesy call at 9:00 am advising the mechanic would be there at 9:30. I received another call at 11:00 informing me that they were finished and everything was working perfectly. I called my daughter who went out and paid the mechanic for his service. My daughter called me back advising me that he was very professional and that everything was cleaned up as if he was never there. It gives me great peace of mind particularly while having to be out of town that we have a local business that provides quality and professional service in a timely manner.
