I’m so glad I had Comfort Technology install a new HVAC system and hot water heater in the fall. Our property management uses Comfort Technology and they have provided a service for the last few years we've been in our home for almost 10. This year the exterior unit what's considered a complete lost most likely due to age. Our service tech has been out a few times usually the same person and he's always been very nice.
