Kearney & Sons, Inc. feedback summary 2. Amazing service from Ian. He correctly diagnosed my HVAC system problem and explained the system, the issue, and the solution. Kearney and Sons are the best. 2. The technician failed to diagnose the fault in my A/C system, charged me $89, quoted around $7000 for the repair, tried to upsell me a full new unit though my A/C is only two years old, and then gave me a lesser quote of $4400 and said it was a discount if I signed up for their overpriced maintenance plan. I got two other quotes from better and cheaper companies around 65% off they also had a free call out service. I went with a company who found the problem and fixed it for $1600. Do not just take one company, it pays to shop around. 3. Lewis is the best technician ever! He's so knowledgeable and hardworking! He's done my bi-annual system maintenance the last few times and has been so thorough each time. This time he cleaned the fan assembly and it looked brand new after he was done. It was painfully dirty before. Only bad thing is his choice of football team, but I can overlook that. 4. The service was Excellent, the technician was on great, fantastic company, I would call on again. 5. Joe was our technition, he was polite, courtesy, easy to work with alongside Jackie who had been taking care of us in the service department for years. We appreciate the high-quality service Kearney and Sons provide. 6. Excellent customer service and pricing. The technicians, Spencer and Anthony were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We have been their customers for several years and needed a new system in the rental unit. Their excellent pricing and quick schedule from Roger is impressive. Highly recommended. 7. Great service! Technician (Lewis) was on time, explained everything well, and finished on time. He also gave me some excellent advice on how to clean and maintain my HVAC system. 8. Ian did an amazing job. He was very thorough and went above and beyond that he had to cut into his lunch time. I like the work he did and I believe I did the right thing by choosing Kearney and Sons for my HVAC unit. 9.
